Overcoming Fear
Season:
Fear can play a huge role in our climbing and we all share it. Our goal isn't to ignore it or to totally get rid of it, but to work through the irrational parts so that we can climb how we want to. It takes more than a day of practice to see results, but we can give you the tools to grow and interact with fear in a way that you're comfortable with.
Whether you're new to climbing or working to boost your performance to the next level as you project 5.14's, having the right mindset is always crucial to having good days and achieving our goals.
